My 7-year-old daughter is overweight! What should I do?
Can someone help me out? I have a 7-year-old daughter who is almost 90 pounds. She loves to eat it! It's like the only thing she likes to do. She eats in an adult size meal. Your fav food she loves, is .. Pizza, fries, tacos, Hot dogs, mac & cheese. It is also about a lot of sweets like crazy ice cream, cookies, pudding, banana split or a lot of sweets. (You can a full bag of candy to eat) Plus, she loves many of soda or juice. I think she is copying behind me, and my husband! Because we both have weight be yourself and we do not have a good and healthy lifestyles. Your doctor wants her to lose weight! But it is not so easy! .. You will cry and cry until they what she wants to come. They sometimes even go out hatred. (You lazy!) Can someone help me on this? .. I'm afraid it will be even more fat, and the worst!
Stop feeding her the garbage, simple. If you give them healthy foods and this is their only option, she will eat. You will not starve if they are hungry and healthy diet is the only way she will eat. YOU are the mother, not decide it, you know what they eat and how much she eats when she leaves the house. Her husband and lose yourself, you must weight yourself, you is their model, if you refuse to eat, they eat garbage. You're the one giving her adult size Meals, she needs me size meals.
