Please help me with a variety of ideas, breakfast, a menu and recipes except bacon, eggs, toast & OJ?
My husband works very hard and often do OT for 3-4 days a week. When he gets home, he works long hours and breakfast is its most important meal of the day. It is also the only Meal, have used it, warm and fresh and not reheated. I need help with recipes, menu and other good ideas for my love makes a good breakfast and diversity is the key! Thank you very much
Here is a favorite: Tahoe brunch in the night before, brown to 1 kg of pork sausage with a sliced Onion and garlic, if desired. Oil a 9 x 11 inch baking pan. Tear stale bread into bite-size pieces and cover the end of the baking pan. Layer the cooked sausage / Onions over the bread. Beat together 4 to 6 eggs with a cup of milk and a cup of baking mix. Season with the Italian season, if desired. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or Jack is optional, but adds a lot of cholesterol and fat. Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage. Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 Minutes or until egg is set and knife come out clean. Can feed 4 to 6 at. With a few cans Kipper snacks can be made if you do not eat red meat!
